There are a couple of beautiful hiking trails around - if you go in summer make sure you bring water and sun protection.

There are a large number of mountain bike tours around Altafulla with different levels of difficulty. We especially like this tour: Pedrera del Mèdol round from Altafulla. This tour takes just under 4 hours and is 42.1 km long.

You want to rent a SUP board or take a class in sailing - here you go. In summer they also offer camps and courses for kids.

Every year in October you can watch the athlets at Altafulla Triathlon.

In summer there is a nice outdoor swimming pool where you can swim laps.

Padel is a fairly new sport that is becoming more and more popular. Maybe you just want to book a court and try it out. Its fun.

At golf costa daurada you do not only find a beautiful golf course but also a full sports center with various offerings like tennis, paddle tennis, gym only 9 km from Altafulla.

There is a possibility to ride. Unfortunately, we have not been there ourselves, but their Facebook page promises a very special and loving experience.

Siurana is a stunning medieval village nestled atop a dramatic cliff 65km from Altafulla. Its narrow streets and picturesque stone houses are a testament to its rich history and culture.

Enjoy a day at  the  stunning golden sand beach of Altafulla.  has been awarded the European Blue Flag for cleanliness.

After a short walk you can find Canyadell beach - a cozy and more quiet beach where you will be thrilled by the beautiful landscape.

Hiking at Rio Gaia in Altafulla Beach offers an unforgettable experience for nature lovers. This beautiful trail takes you through lush forests and past sparkling streams, all while enjoying stunning views of the Mediterranean coastline

This is a great circular route from Altafulla: we go towards Ferran, once there we go back to the bed of the Rio Gaya, on the right bank we follow it until the mouth at the beach of Tamarit, we approach the rocks where the castle of Tamarit stands, we turn around and along the coast, we go towards Altafulla.

Having a race at Karting Altafulla is always great fun - especially after sunset when the floodlights are illuminating the track.

The little skatepark in Altafulla, next to Club Maritim Altafulla, is a hidden gem for skateboard enthusiasts. Despite its small size, it offers a range of obstacles and challenges suitable for skaters of all levels. It's the perfect spot to practice tricks and enjoy the coastal scenery.

Certainly a highlight for everyone who loves rollercoasters. Port Aventura and the associated Ferrari Land can be reached via local train in less than 30 minutes.

The Vila Closa is Altafullas medieval Old Town with many houses from that 18th century is a Cultural Asset of National Interest. You will find one of the archways just in front of the Corner House.

Go back in time and visit one of the the best preserved roman villas in Catalonia. It was declared World Heritage by UNESCO in the year 2000.

It’s a very nice walk to torredembarra lighthouse, passing Canyadell Beach and a little pine forrest. Enjoy the great view on the way.

The Fiesta Mayor Pequena in September is a lively celebration that showcases the town's rich cultural heritage, while the Triathlon in October offers a thrilling opportunity for athletes to test their skills in the beautiful Mediterranean setting. The Fiesta Mayor in November is the grand finale of the autumn season, featuring lively parades, fireworks, and festivities that bring the entire town together in celebration.

Winter in Altafulla is a time to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this charming Mediterranean town. It's the perfect place to relax and escape the cold weather. Attend the traditional Christmas service and take a peaceful hike to the Baix Gaia Mountains in January, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.

The Altafulla Tourist Office has two offices: one in the center of town, which is located in the Plaça del Pou, and the other, opened in 2017, which is located in the Plaça dels Vents in the town's maritime district and is only open in summer.
In both of them you can request information about places of interest, activities, restaurants, accommodation and stores, as well as book guided tours of the vila closa, Els Munts and the maritime district, and consult the leisure and cultural agenda of Altafulla. Likewise, both have a digital device where you can consult practical information related to the municipality every day of the year, 24 hours a day.
